Our vehicles are available in 40 locations across 15 different countries. You will find us in the United Kingdom (England and Scotland), Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Austria, Croatia, Sweden and Iceland. However, there are some restrictions in place for long-term rentals. If your fiscal residence is outside the European Union, you can subscribe an RV in any of the countries and cities in which they are available. If you are fiscally resident in one of the EU countries in which we are present (except Switzerland and the United Kingdom), you can only subscribe to a camper van starting in the country in which you reside. If your fiscal residence is in Switzerland or the UK, you can do a long-term rental in any of the countries, since Switzerland and the UK is not part of the EU. Finally, if you are fiscally resident in an EU country we do not operate in (e.g. Finland or Czech Republic), at the moment it is not possible to subscribe to this product.

You are free to customize your campervan living experience! You can subscribe to one of our vehicles from 1 month up to 12 months (annual plan).

You can extend your monthly subscription up to a maximum of 12 months by contacting our customer support team, subject to availability. In case you have chosen an annual subscription but want to extend it, you need to end your original subscription and book a new one for the desired duration.

We offer a full service without any hidden fees besides the one you see during your booking process. Vehicle insurance, roadside assistance, regular maintenance and customer support are included in every subscription. Check our T&C for more information on what is included. On subscription plans of 6 months or more, travellers are offered rental extras such as external table and chairs, bedding kits and our pet-friendly after-rental cleaning fee, all for free! A fixed package of kms/miles is included in each monthly/annual subscription, and you can purchase additional packages for an extra charge.

On the monthly subscription, there are 621 miles (1.000 km) included per month. You can purchase extra packages to bring you to a total of 932 miles and 1243 miles to use per month (1500 and 2,000 km). On the annual subscription, there are 6214 miles included (10,000 km). You can purchase extra packages to bring you to a total of 9,320, 12,427 and 15534 miles to use (15,000, 20,000 and 25,000 kms). Any additional mileage will be charged at drop-off. The value of the fee per extra mile/km for each reservation is communicated during the booking process, as it might vary with the pick-up location and vehicle model.

Definitely! You can finish your rental in a different location than the one you start in, among our over 40 local offices in Europe. A one-way fee is charged in case you select different pick-up and drop-off locations.

Of course! If you fear committing for a long period of time without knowing your van... make a short booking with us or show up at one of our offices and check everything you want!

Each subscription, whether monthly or annual, accepts up to 2 drivers in total. The additional driver comes at no extra cost!

You are allowed to bring your pet on this adventure. Going on a road trip with a dog does not have to be complicated at all. If you have a puppy, this is the best time to start them on road-tripping, teaching them how to behave and making them feel excited rather than nervous when you are about to hit the road.

Pets are allowed as long as you have purchased the extra cleaning service that includes professional anti-allergy cleaning after the trip. Only one pet is allowed per long term motorhome rental, weighing no more than 30 kg. As Indie Campers operate in different countries in Europe, it is the responsibility of the Hirer to guarantee that his/her pet travels in safety and according to the local regulations. The rental firm will not be liable for any traffic tickets or legal fees related to carrying the pet inside the vehicle.

The After-trip Cleaning (pet-friendly) service only covers the cleaning of the vehicle after the rental. The hirer is responsible for any and all damages (interior and exterior) caused by the pet.

Feel free to go wherever you want with your camper! For a festival a Camper is a great place to sleep, just make sure that you bring it safely back.

Definitely! All campervans and motorhomes are insured to circulate on the road. The insurance is valid in the following 32 European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. The vehicles can only be driven in these countries.

If you select a 1, 2 or 3-month rental, you will pay the full amount of your subscription on our website upon booking. If you select a monthly subscription of 4 to 11 months or an annual one, you will only have to pay the value of the first 3 months upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining months will be automatically charged on a monthly basis.

The security deposit required for the booking is the amount that will be blocked on your credit card during your subscription and that can be deducted up to 30 days after drop-off - in case of any damages, traffic violation tickets or tolls. The security deposit is 2.500€ and is the same as the maximum liability of your reservation.

If you want to cancel more than 30 days before your booked pick-up date, you will be refunded the whole amount you have paid in the form of a travel voucher. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your booked pick-up date, you will be refunded 50% of the amount you have already paid in the form of a travel voucher. If you cancel between 15 and 2 days before your booked pick-up date, you will not be refunded the amount you have already paid. If you cancel after 2 days before the start of your rental, you will not be refunded any amount and you will need to pay the outstanding full amount of your subscription.
