Il veicolo corrisponde a quanto visionato durante la prenotazione. I mezzi sono nuovi, dotati di tutti i comfort e, soprattutto ben tenuti. Il team presente al deposito di Bari è stato cordiale e disponibile nella spiegazione del mezzo e nella cura con cui mi ha consegnato il mezzo. Sono molto soddisfatto del servizio e sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro per la prossima esperienza in camper. Il servizio di assistenza potrebbe migliorare con un supporto in lingua locale, detto ciò quando ho contattato il numero verde ho ricevuto una risposta veloce e puntuale.

To be sure all the screw are tightened correctly. Have extra information on-line how to arrive from airport/city center to the pick-up point. We rent the camper for 8 days to go around South Puglia. From the very first moment the local Indie Camper team were friendly and open to help with any question. Guissepe, who receive us in the pick-up point, explain very well the functionality and characteristics of the vehicle; also the administrative/paper work was very efficient with him. We did not have any problem during the trip due the vehicle was in perfect conditions.

New and perfect camper, very helpful and friendly local team. Can't wait to book my next camper trip with them. The fridge didn't work in gas mode, forcing me to stop at a campsite instead of free camping as planned. Despite the problem, the Indie Campers team was available to try to find a solution. The quality of customer service is only felt when there are problems and in this case I appreciated their promptness

Ci vorrebbe una fornitura migliore tipo un tappeto da stendere all' uscita camper... Veicolo perfetto ma quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza, la chat whatsapp completamente in inglese non mi è stata affatto di aiuto, troppi termini tecnici che non conoscevo. Ci vorrebbe una assistenza per ogni lingua!! Per il resto il team di Bari del deposito è stata eccezionale!!

There should be a better supply like a carpet to lay out at the camper exit... Perfect vehicle but when I needed assistance, the WhatsApp chat completely in English was not helpful at all, too many technical terms that I did not know. There should be assistance for each language!! For the rest, the Bari team at the depot was exceptional!!

Hoeft niks te verbeteren! Alles was helemaal perfect, nieuwe camper meegekregen, stond pas 7000km op. Michele (ophaal locatie) was erg aardige vent en Francesca was ook lief! We gaan dit zeker in de komende jaren nog een keer doen! Er was een kastdeurtje stuk, en een gordijn niet meer te openen, futiliteiten die snel opgelost kunnen en ik denk ook zullen worden!

Nothing needs to be improved! Everything was absolutely perfect, received a new camper, only 7000km on it. Michele (pick-up location) was a very nice guy and Francesca was also sweet! We will definitely do this again in the coming years! There was a broken cupboard door, and a curtain that could no longer be opened, trivialities that can be solved quickly and I think will be!

I ragazzi sono stati perfetti ! Super gentilii e disponibili! La zanzariera del letto superiore non si apriva completamente ! L’unica cosa è la chiarezza nel momento della prenotazione, non si capisce molto bene e cambiare alcuni optional dopo la prenotazione sarebbe stato perfetto. Nn tutti sanno cosa fare / prendere se è la loro prima volta ! Anche per cambiare la data di check in ! Sul sito ti dice di chiamare l’assistenza che ci aiuteranno nel processo. Ma difficile parlare con uno per riuscire a fare e poi ti fanno mandare una mail. La risposta è poco tempestiva. . Su questo devo dire che manca proprio chiarezza ed elasticità

The only thing is the clarity at the time of booking, it is not very clear and changing some options after booking would have been perfect. Not everyone knows what to do / take if it is their first time! Even to change the check in date! On the site it tells you to call customer service who will help us with the process. But it is difficult to speak to someone to be able to do it and then they make you send an email. The response is not very timely. . I think this service was 10/10 and can't think of anything to be improved on, best holiday ever The only thing I would say to other people looking to take Joa on a trip, be mindful during the hot summer months, the AC can only be used when the engine is running. If in a campsite, it's quite loud when running so may disturb other campers.

L'assistenza remota offerta e davvero da scala 1-5 da 1 L'operatore non parlava italiano, io parlo inglese e non ci sono stati problemi ma chi non lo parla? siamo in Italia!! Assistenza via WA ridicola, perche' interagire con un non umano e' davvero frustrante perche' non esistono solo domande prestanpate! Abbiamo havut oun problema con il frigorifero e l'assistenza remota non e' stata in gradio di risolverla, un peccato ! Solo tanti problemi con il Frigorifero e le Tendine parasole interne molto delicate, da cambiare assololutamente Il camper e' davvero bello e funzionale, Il team locale e' stato super gentile anche quando ci siamo messi in contatto per spiegare le problematiche, a parte la spiacievole importante parentesi del frigo che ci ha limitati un po' nel fare spesa tutta l'esperienza sia di guida che gestione Camper e' stata molto positiva. Da rifare. Grazie a Michele e Team per l'accoglienza e per aver ascoltato la nostra esperienza.

Assistance via WA ridiculous, because interacting with a non-human is really frustrating because there are not only pre-printed questions! We had a problem with the refrigerator and the remote assistance was not able to solve it, a shame! Only many problems with the refrigerator and the very delicate internal sunshades, to be changed absolutely The camper is really beautiful and functional, The local team was super kind even when we got in touch to explain the problems, apart from the unpleasant important parenthesis of the refrigerator that limited us a bit in shopping the whole experience both driving and managing the Camper was very positive. We never had mains powered Air-con, the overnight temperatures were very high and other campers got angry at us running engine all night so we could use the vehicle aircon, I think the option for mains powered aircon would be a welcome optional extra, we would have happily paid more for that option. Great fun way to experience Italy, will use Indie Campers again in another country for sure :-)

Tutto ineccepibile. E non mancava nulla. Si può pensare ad un mini kit di primo soccorso e di attrezzi base (in vacanza servono sempre), uno sgrassatore e a mettere di default cuscini e lenzuola per 4 quando si viaggia in due coppie. Nomad è un veicolo agile e che consuma pochissimo. Per vacanze di media durata è perfetto.

I had a really nice time at **Indie**. The service was exceptional, with very attentive and friendly staff. Rafaela and Antonio welcomed me with great professionalism and kindness, making my experience even more memorable. I felt really well looked after during my entire visit. Kudos to the whole team for the excellent service provided! I can't wait to return.

Todo ha estado muy bien, faciiidad en el alquiler a través de la pagina web, pero lo mejor con diferencia el trato y el servicio ofrecido por el equipo local. Las atenciones de Pasquale y muy especialmente Michele han sido fantásticas, estamos encantados con ellos y por ellos volveriamos a repetir. Un saludo Tuve un problema con las cremalleras del top y el servicio telefónico y la inteligencia artificial no resultaron de ninguna ayuda.

Everything was great, easy to rent through the website, but the best thing by far was the treatment and service offered by the local team. The attention of Pasquale and especially Michele was fantastic, we are delighted with them and we would come back again because of them. Greetings I had a problem with the zippers on the top and the telephone service and artificial intelligence were of no help.
