We rented a Nomad with a pop up rent and loved it. The car was great and we could always use the chat function if we needed help. Can def reccommend!

La zanzariera del letto superiore non si apriva completamente ! L’unica cosa è la chiarezza nel momento della prenotazione, non si capisce molto bene e cambiare alcuni optional dopo la prenotazione sarebbe stato perfetto. Nn tutti sanno cosa fare / prendere se è la loro prima volta ! Anche per cambiare la data di check in ! Sul sito ti dice di chiamare l’assistenza che ci aiuteranno nel processo. Ma difficile parlare con uno per riuscire a fare e poi ti fanno mandare una mail. La risposta è poco tempestiva. . Su questo devo dire che manca proprio chiarezza ed elasticità

On the positive: Service of the employee was very good. He is kind and took time to explain the car. He does his job very well. Also, the camper was in great shape! On the negative: The location is terrible, impossible to reach with public transport from the airport and very far from city centre. Also, the area feels sketchy. The depot does not have a proper office (very small cabin), which feels unprofessional. There are no facilities available. The customer service channels by Indie Campers are also not good: when we called the service number we got an automated voice assistent which does not work properly. Please just provide a WhatsApp number of a local employee to address questions. Just like normal car rentals like Europecar. By providing this, the quality of service would have increased for us.

Veicolo perfetto ma quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza, la chat whatsapp completamente in inglese non mi è stata affatto di aiuto, troppi termini tecnici che non conoscevo. Ci vorrebbe una assistenza per ogni lingua!! Per il resto il team di Bari del deposito è stata eccezionale!!

Esperienza bellissima, viaggiare in camper è un esperienza stupenda la consiglio a tutti, ovviamente non aspettatevi di essere in un b&b ,la colazione la preparate come volete voi come anche dove dormire ogni giorno in un posto diverso🤩 Michele e Gabriele sono stati bravissimi consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a loro(sede di bari), la cortesia la gentilezza ma soprattutto la simpatia, mancava solo che ce li portavamo in viaggio insieme,grazie di tutto

Super freundliches Personal, super Service. Sowohl bei Abholung als auch beim der Abgabe gab es super viel Tipps für Spots in der Umgebung. Absolut nichts auszusetzen. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die Matrazen und Kopfkissen, hier könnte etwas mehr auf Komfort gesetzt werden.
