The man needs to explain the gas situation better. Also we were told 3 o'clock pick up we arrived at 2 and he was just leaving and said not coming back till 4. Luck we caught him otherwise we would have been waiting 4 hours. At return the people were very helpful.

Check the any frozen valve, let it full of clean water, batteries fully loaded, gas can fully load before deliver the vehicle so as guest we can enjoy the vehicle from minute zero, instead of spend time looking for gas, or where to connect power to change batteries and load water....
