There were a few things left in the van from previous guests including crisps and she-wee in front glove box which would be nice to be cleared away before getting the van The vehicle was very comfortable and new with modern fixtures and fittings

Overall a great experience. I do recommend however as this was a comment also from a few indie campers on the road that the offices are maybe tidied up and made a little more welcoming as that peoples first impressions.
Staff were all incredibly helpful though and provided great friendly service.

The dark water was full I needed to clean the deposit, not a nice experience. And the drop off was difficult because it was closed before the hour it’s supuse (the pick up center). But everything else was nice

Bedding was not warm enough for the cold weather in September, so we had to buy our own sleeping bags, but other then that we had a wonderful trip! Wonderful experience and great service, highly recommend!

Overall is good, but need to improve equipments such as pots, pans, and kitchen stuffs. Anyway we enjoyed the trip and slept very well. You should try to rent a RV camping vehicle for Rocky mountain road trip, strongly recommended!
