Longer power cable and longer fresh water hose The first van had a technical defect after 100 km. The exchange for another van (back at the pick-up station) worked well and quickly.
Längeres Stromkabel und längerer Frischwasserschlauch Der erste Van hatte einen technischen Defekt nach 100 km. Der Umtausch gegen einen anderen Van (zurück an der Pick-up-Station) funktionierte gut und schnell.

Maybe it would be better to get a new vehicle to rent. Otherwise everything was good. It was fun!
Vielleicht wäre es besser, ein neues Fahrzeug zu in Vermietung zu bekommen. Sonst alles gut.

The camper we booked had a broken air conditioning but this was perfectly solved. After waiting a while we got an upgrade to a larger / more expensive model at no extra cost. We also got a free late checkout to compensate for the wait for the replacement camper.

De camper die we geboekt hadden had een defecte airco maar dit is perfect opgelost. Na even wachten kregen we een upgrade naar een groter / duurder model zonder extra kosten. Tevens kregen we een gratis late checkout ter compensatie op het wachten op
de vervangende camper.
Erg fijne vakantie gehad ...

It was a great service, thank you! Fast and friendly! Nice campers, great service, relaxed and fast and friendly.
It was really fun with this camper. I rented it with my girlfriend. Everything worked out. There was enough energy and water for a week. Perfect!

The initial order was for the Nomad model. This has since been changed to the Atlas 5. I didn't pay attention, perhaps clearer/additional information about the change would have been helpful. But everything went well/smoothly, with the help of the excellent on-site service. Best regards, 1A service ...
Initial Auftrag war das Modell Nomad gebucht. Dieses würde zwischenzeitlich geändert, zum Atlas 5. Ich habe dar nicht aufgepasst, vielleicht wäre eine klarere/zusätzliche Info der Änderung hilfreich. Ist aber alles gut / glatt gelaufen, mit Hilfe der exzellenten Service Vorort. Mit herzlichen Grüßen...

A few small technical defects. It would be good if these were checked beforehand, it took a little longer to check in. Overall very satisfied, contact during the trip also worked well.
Ein paar kleine Technische Defekte. Wäre gut, wenn sowas vorher geckeckt wird, hat beim Einchecken etwas länger gedauert.
