We returned our vehicle with half a tank of fuel more than when we received it. It would have been very nice if we had received some form of reimbursement, for example in the form of a credit.

Everything was great. The camper was very good, very spacious and comfortable. They gave you a box with kitchen utensils, although I would take more deep plates because they are too flat and uncomfortable for some meals. I highly recommend it.
Everything was fine. Very good service! Good vehicle, any problems on the road and everything inside was very comfortable to have a wonderful weekend! 👍🏾

Even after asking several times, our questions were answered patiently.

We were very satisfied! The only thing we missed was an option to book a high chair, we bought this on the way. A few more cups/glasses. We only had blue drinking cups, fine for coffee and water, but you really can't drink wine from them. And something to make coffee with.

We hadden nu alleen blauwe drinkbekers, prima voor koffie en water, maar je kan er bijvoorbeeld echt geen wijntje uit drinken. En iets w...

Longer power cable and longer fresh water hose The first van had a technical defect after 100 km. The exchange for another van (back at the pick-up station) worked well and quickly.
Längeres Stromkabel und längerer Frischwasserschlauch Der erste Van hatte einen technischen Defekt nach 100 km. Der Umtausch gegen einen anderen Van (zurück an der Pick-up-Station) funktionierte gut und schnell.

Maybe it would be better to get a new vehicle to rent. Otherwise everything was good. It was fun!
Vielleicht wäre es besser, ein neues Fahrzeug zu in Vermietung zu bekommen. Sonst alles gut.

The camper we booked had a broken air conditioning but this was perfectly solved. After waiting a while we got an upgrade to a larger / more expensive model at no extra cost. We also got a free late checkout to compensate for the wait for the replacement camper.

De camper die we geboekt hadden had een defecte airco maar dit is perfect opgelost. Na even wachten kregen we een upgrade naar een groter / duurder model zonder extra kosten. Tevens kregen we een gratis late checkout ter compensatie op het wachten op
de vervangende camper.
Erg fijne vakantie gehad ...

It was really fun with this camper. I rented it with my girlfriend. Everything worked out. There was enough energy and water for a week. Perfect!
