Lovie was very helpful & thorough at checkout.
While we made a plan ourselves after starting our trip, there were however a few items missing that we had expected:
Dust pan
Cutting board
Sharp knife
A clean toilet (was dirty)

I would like to express my satisfaction with the service I recieved. The young man in charge at the pick-up location was incredibly attentive and friendly. It was such a pleasure to start and end my journey on such a positive note. His professionalism and helpfulness truly enhanced the experience. We will do this again in the future. Thank you so much!

We rented the nomad van from the Split (Croatia) Depot. Marianne was the one that handled both Check in and check out for us, and we couldn't be happier - she was super nice, welcoming and helpful. She made sure to clarify all of our questions and give us as much information as possible! If you're every in the Split Depot, make sure to ask for her!
Regarding the van itself, we found that the fittings were quite fragile and needed very gentle handling in order to work - which we can understand and accept in a rental van, at the end of a busy season. Van is easy to drive and quite efficient regarding fuel consumption.
Overall very pleasant experience!

We got the Nomad, a very capable van on the road and a pleasure to drive. Our trip was 8 nights across Croatian coast including 3 islands, we did book the 175km/day package and found out that we drove just that on a median per day, 1500km overall. The local manager (Lovren, a great guy) made the pick-up process painless and very very easy for us! Thanks Lovren. Would repeat with Indie Campers.

We were advised every country in the EU would let us in with our car documents being copies. Romania doesn’t, and we also encountered issues at the Bulgarian border, and the Montenegro border. Letting travellers know these countries are excluded would save some time.

More details about the description of the camper, e.g. equipment such as cutlery, washing-up liquid, etc. So that you know what is available and what is not. Glass bottles "regulation" is a matter of luck, a full one would be great.
And a larger duvet or sheet. The service on site was very friendly, relaxed and the vehicle was explained clearly. We had two wonderful weeks with our camper and wouldn't want to miss this experience!

The gentleman looking after the vehicles and pick up/drop off was incredible, definitely made our experience much better than without him. Thank you.
However the indie camper policies are frustrating, confusing and not customer focused.
Well done to Lovre for keeping those vehicles going in a junkyard! Good luck

Great experience - the guy who runs the company in Split was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us.
We had a great week and the camper van was perfect for us.
