There should be more explanation at the delivery, since it was not clear how to empty grey water and clean water. Then I had to watch a tutorial to do it. The GPS was bad, not as easy as Google Maps. The check out was great, fast and they also took me to the airport, it couldn't have been better.
We recomend the experience! Great adventure

The trip with the camper was wonderful, competent and kind staff. Some things did not work perfectly (bed slats, fridge in gas mode, blackout on the right side) but it did not compromise our trip at all. I will return to rent the camper with friends.
Il viaggio con il camper è stato stupendo, personale competente e gentile. Alcune cose non funzionavano perfettamente (doghe letto, frigo in modalità gas, oscuranti lato dx) ma non ha assolutamente compromesso il nostro viaggio. Ritornerò a noleggiare il camper con amiche.

The team on site does a great job, but it's a lot of work. Maintaining the camper's technical condition isn't easy. I think the team is great, but they should get more help.
Das Team vor Ort macht einen tollen Job, es ist aber sehr viel Arbeit. Vor allem den Camper technisch auf Stand zu halten ist nicht einfach. Ich finde das Team top, sollte aber mehr Hilfe bekommen.

Chat service to the airport There was no document for the vehicle that you had to show in case of being stopped by the police.
But both people in Florence were very nice and helpful at check-in and check-out.

Chattelservice zum Flughafen Es gab kein Dokument zum Fahrzeug, dass man im Falle von Anhalten von Polizei vorzuzeigen.
Aber beide Menschen in Florenz waren beim Chek in und Chek out sehr nett und hilfreich.
