- the car was not cleaned when picking up. Food remains in the sink, dirt everywhere on the floor, inside windows very dirty,... we pay extra for the cleaning service so we also want to receive the car neatly.
- forgot to give bed linen and pillows, have to return for this.
- No kitchen towel given ...
- de wagen was niet gepoetst bij ophalen. Etensresten in wasbak, overal vuil op de grond, binnenkant ruiten heel vuil,... wij betalen extra voor de poetsdienst dus willen wij de wagen ook netjes ontvangen.
- lakenset en kussens vergeten meegeven, moeten terugkeren hiervoor.
- Geen keukenhanddoek mee...

Hello, The team was great, we understood each other, but the telephone service I had once or twice, because I had doubts.
They only attended to me in English.
And it is very strange that it is a Spanish company and I travel 3,000 km within Spain.
I deserve to be spoken to in Spanish.

Me atendieron en Inglés, solamente .

We found two pairs of dirty socks and a pair of shoes. The windshield curtain did not close. There were fingerprints/hands on all the windows.
We thank Alex for his welcome, his smile and his availability (we arrived well after closing time).

Recommendation to have instructions called user manual and videos in Spanish to better understand. I would also add the levels for the wheels for when one parks in the campers or motorhome parking lot.

Overall great, just a few broken parts like the blind on the big door and a suction cup on the fabric that covers the windshield that was a bit problematic for sleeping, otherwise everything worked perfectly
En general genial, solo algunas partes rotas como la persiana de la puerta grande y una ventosa de la tela que cubre el parabrisas que para dormir era un poco problemático, de resto todo funcionaba a la perfección

1. Improving the Kitchen kit to include a chopping board, cutting knife and a small kettle.
2. Include gloves in the cleaning kit.

A full tank at the time of handover would have been much more convenient and precise.
The coffee maker was moldy on the inside and the pan was completely scratched and had large areas without a coating.
AdBlue had to be refilled and was not taken over, in my opinion it should have been handed over f...
Bei Übergabe voller Tank wäre deutlich komfortabler und genauer.
Der Kaffeekocher war schimmelig von innen und die Pfanne war komplett verkratzt und hatte große Stellen ohne Beschichtung.
AdBlue musste aufgefüllt werden und wurde nicht übernommen, sollte m.E. voll übergeben werden.
Ansonsten alles b...

Everything was great. The camper was very good, very spacious and comfortable. They gave you a box with kitchen utensils, although I would take more deep plates because they are too flat and uncomfortable for some meals. I highly recommend it.
Todo genial Muy bien la camper, muy espaciosa y cómoda. Te dejan una caja con utensilios de cocina, aunque yo me llevaría más platos hondos porque son demasiado planos y es incómodo para algunas comidas. Lo recomiendo mucho.

El auto estaba algo sucio, eso se puede mejorar. Todo lo demás excelente. Recomiendo una experiencia en autocarava con Indie Campers. Realmente un aliado en una aventura de este tipo. Todo funciona muy bien.

Excellent service, the only thing I had a bit of inconvenience was not knowing anything about the function of the caravans and at first I had to ask a lot, I thought there would be a manual where everything was explained.

The onboarding was a bit rushed, and I missed some explanations that we later missed on the road, such as connecting the phone to the navigator, how the fridge works with the different energy sources, etc. But nothing serious. We enjoyed the experience. Good vehicle.
El onboarding un poco apresurado, y eché de menos algunas explicaciones que luego echamos de menos en ruta, como conectar el teléfono al navegador, el funcionamiento de la nevera con las distintas fuentes de energía, etc. Pero nada grave Nos ha gustado la experiencia. Buen vehículo.
