Super smooth process from making the reservation online, receiving reminders of next steps and geting confirmations, to being instructed at pick-up and helped when returning the vehicle. Great first experience of a camper van. Fantastic trip round Florida. Highly Recommended.

Overall we really had a great experience with our camper, there were some small functionalities which did not worked perfectly, but it was absolutely nothing necesserary.Always again! :-)

Small repairs could have been done before renting it out.

More maintenance on the RV. Window Blind was broken prior to us receiving the camper. More supplies for cleaning. This RV worked great for my wife and I. The check in was very professional and in a very good mood even though it was already very late, 11:00 pm. The delivery was very fast and friendly. They also took care of calling a taxi. The whole experience was great.

Very good trip aboard the California van, an external bike rack would have been useful. Putting two bikes - even foldable - in the vehicle greatly limits the interior space.

Nous avons rencontré des problématiques au niveau du couchage. Nous allons remplir le formulaire adéquate. Sinon dans l’ensemble tout s’est bien déroulé. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi le Jeep Wrangler. Nous avons parcouru 10 états en 1 mois. C’était un merveilleux voyage en road trip !
