Timely notification of bookings that were not possible. Our drop-off point closed a day early and we were forced to book a hotel so we could catch our flight. Indie Campers took very good care of us and covered the overnight costs. Everything was fine
Rechtzeitige Bekanntgabe von nicht möglichen Buchungen. Unsere Abgabestation schloss 1 Tag früher und wir waren gezwungen ein Hotel zu buchen, um unseren Flug nehmen zu können. Indie Campers hat sich aber sehr gut gekümmert und die Übernachtungskosten werden übernommen Alles gut

There was an incongruity for the number of km allocated between the Imoova booking and Indi Campers. Pleasant experience subject to comments after the return of the vehicle.

I had a perfect stay with a Nomad van for a road trip in Brittany. Everything worked perfectly and the welcome and support from the Indie Campers team was great. An experience to be repeated!

The help by what'sapp was very good.
The blinds were broken, some were missing, the side repeaters were broken, the fridge doors were broken due to impacts.
At more than 1400 euros per week. I would have appreciated a camper van in better condition but overall a good service. I recommend. Ok

Les stores cassés, manquants pour certains, répétiteurs latéraux cassés, par choc cassés, ouvertures du frigo cassés.
A plus de 1400 euros la semaine. J’aurai apprécié un camping car en meilleur état mais de manière global un bon service. Je recommande. Ok

There were a lot of little things not working in the truck. Overall it was still a good rental experience.

Only the operation of the van's power mode changes was a bit complicated to understand and explained very quickly. And the fridge was beeping non-stop even when not changing modes. Apart from that, everything was fine.
To add: at least 4 bowls and/or 4 glasses because 4 plastic mugs are too little f...
Seul le fonctionnement des changements de mode d'alimentation du van étaient un peu compliqués à comprendre et expliqué très rapidement. Et le frigo bipait sans arrêt même hors des changements de mode. A part cela tout était bien.
A rajouter : au moins 4 bols et/ou 4 verres car 4 mugs plastiques ...
