All good. (Only complaint was the towel package I had paid for was not in the rig, and I was too far away when I realized, so had to go buy towels.)

Nous avons passé un super voyage en famille ! Le véhicule était neuf (1500km au compteur) Tres simpla à conduire/ à appréhender ! En revanche, il manquait l’adapteur du robinet pour qu’on puisse remplir le water tank en autonomie ! Le bois de la table est en recomposé … donc les vis tombent… à améliorer… Les placards peuvent s’ouvrir en roulant ce qui est agaçant également ! En revanche c’était chouette de pouvoir mettre des siege auto ISOFix dans le Camping Car qu’on puisse retourner les sieges avants sans avoir à retirer la table! La kitchenette , et la salle de douche / toilettes étaient tres bien! Nous avons hate de resillonerles routes de France 🇫🇷 !

Power cable needs to be extended another 2m as some place have power in usual places which make it hard to reach maybe a fan in some vans would help another an make sure ppl are aware or check to see if the power swires for land works as I was unaware an had to figure it out myself an make sure it's all charging maybe one idea is 1/2 minamal on return as it's not good for ur vehicles to be run down to low could cause trouble for you an for a person hiring it an maybe a mattress topper if u can use the ac on land power can u plz let everyone know this 😉 😀 maybe a run down on tolls if someone is unaware of them maybe a booklet on them as it was hard to understand wot to do maybe a restock of bedding utensils is needed an a few fans besides that the girls were wonderful to speak great service by the 2 girls I had to deal with thanx for our holiday we maybe it an didn't have to many hassles lol

Vehicle maintenance needs to be better for me to book again. Other companies are doing this better. I was charged too high amount for lost water cap (it was not secured to begin with and fell off with vibrations - surely threads damage before I got it)

Camper life was a great experience through Indie. Customer service was pretty great overall with a minimal issues. Pop top camper was great for 2 people with plenty of space

Rien à redire, le Van était neuf et très bien equipé ! Je mets un point d’honneur à l’accueil chaleureux réservé par Amina qui a pris notre réservation en charge à notre arrivée, de bons conseils, très gentille, et qui fait preuve d’une grande disponibilité pour vous aider ou répondre à vos questions ! Expérience à renouveler dès que possible !
