We got the camper 90 minutes later then booked and some smaller things were broke inside and outside. Except that we’re very happy, would book again and had a great time. Thank you Unfortunately nobody told us that we get -5% on some camping spots

They could accept two or more dispute cards holders for the deposit. Our first experience with the Motorhome was very good. I recommend.

When we book the bedding kit and we are four people, we expect that both beds are provided with bedsheets, pillows and blankets. We needed to buy an additional kit at the pick-up for 44€. That was not so nice It was amazing! Thank you. Next time again :)

The team on site was perfect. Very good experience both picking up and dropping of the vehicle. Very much appreciated.
What wasn't too clear is entry to the premises with the closed gate and absense of the guard to open it, and auto responder when calling a number. This can be greatly improved.

- Gemüseschäler wäre toll und ein 2. Messer zum kochen
- es weile toll, wenn man darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das Kochset nur eine Erstausstattung ist und eine Gasflasche ungefähr 2-3 Tage kochen reicht
- ein kleiner Brillenhalter beim oder im Bett

We only had one change of bed when there were 3 people in the van, 2 adults and a child. Van had some damaged things, doors that didn't close properly, a torn window blind... The only thing missing from the kitchen kit was the colander, necessary for us Italians :) Staff kind and friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check-out fast and punctual
L’unica cosa che mancava nel kit da cucina è stato lo scolapasta, necessario per noi italiani :) Staff gentile e cordiale e molto disponibile. Check-in e check-out veloce e puntuale

The on-site team was very nice and helpful with requests. Very good service on arrival. Well-equipped car with a complete package for camping. Had a very good time with the car. The on-site team in Porto in particular was very helpful and courteous.
Team Vorort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei wünschen. Sehr guter Service bei der Ankunft Gut ausgestattetes Auto mit Gesamtpaket zum campen. Hatten eine sehr gute Zeit mit dem Auto. Vor allem das Team Vorort in Porto war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Installation of a well secured mini safe in the vehicle in order to be able to leave passports, wallets...
Very good service from the Porto team.
Overall our experience was very good, however we would improve a few little things:
- more kitchen accessories such as more sharp knives, wine glasses, small spoons, bigger dish washing liquid
- extra blanket for colder nights
- water heater was not working, so we had to shower in cold water
- win...
