We had a really great experience with the van, it was perfect for two people and the check-in and check-out were super quick and simple. We would definitely recommend Indie Campers! :)

Sarebbe stato utile avere qualche utensile in più (tagliere, bicchieri, mollette) e poter scegliere un van con pannelli fotovoltaici per maggiore autonomia. Il van non era pulitissimo, abbiamo trovato alcuni indumenti dei precedenti clienti e tappi per le orecchie fra i materassi. Complessivamente è stata una bella esperienza, che ripeterei e consiglierei!

It would have been useful to have some more tools (cutting board, glasses, clothespins) and to be able to choose a van with photovoltaic panels for greater autonomy. The van was not very clean, we found some clothes from previous customers and earplugs between the mattresses. Overall it was a great experience, which I would repeat and recommend!

We got the van without gasoline, that was a bummer. For the rest a great experience :)

Più attenzione alla pulizia soprattutto interna del camper. Alcuni dettagli sarebbero da riparare prima dei noleggi successivi (il frigo non stava chiuso, tendina del portellone passeggero, antina sotto il lavello non scorre bene). Il servizio è stato eccezionale, non era disponibile il modello prenotato ma la collaborazione tra il team del deposito e la sede centrale ha risolto il nostro problema nel migliore dei modi. Grazie!

More attention to cleaning especially inside the camper. Some details should be repaired before subsequent rentals (the fridge was not closed, curtain of the passenger door, door under the sink does not slide well). The service was exceptional, the booked model was not available but the collaboration between the depot team and the head office solved our problem in the best way. Thank you!

La experiencia con el trabajador fue perfecta. Cambio el idioma al castellano, algo que agradecemos mucho. Las explicaciones fueron claras y concisas. Excelente. El check out fue rapido y nos sentimos muy comodos con el personal. Como con el check in todo excelente.

El trato con el trabajador fue excelente. Explicó todo lo necesario de forma rapida y precisa. Agradecemos que cambiara el idioma al Castellano para poder entenderlo todo. La entrega fue rapida y el trato muy amable. Al igual que en el check in todo fue perfecto.

Wonderful experience and customer service. May the curtains for the nights have better close system. Easy way to have a special and nice trip travel for holidays even with our 2 kids! We discover lot of great places, and by the way it makes you discover nice people.

Experiência top! Staff da Indie Campers Porto excecional, ajudaram com tudo e explicaram todas as funcionalidades da campervan antes da partida. Apenas a salientar avaria no sistema de canalização das águas cinzentas, que apresentava drenagem contínua apesar de fechado. Este facto foi comunicado à equipa na entrega do veículo. A jeito sugestão, apesar de não termos precisado de nada, acho essencial ter um número de telefone disponível para ajuda ao longo da viagem. Sem mais nada a reportar.

Top experience! The staff at Indie Campers Porto were exceptional, they helped with everything and explained all the features of the campervan before we left. The only thing I would like to point out was a fault in the grey water pipe system, which was constantly draining despite being closed. This was communicated to the team when we returned the vehicle. As a suggestion, although we didn't need anything, I think it's essential to have a telephone number available for help throughout the trip. Nothing else to report.

The AC was only functional at full blast which was noisy. The pillows were not very good quality/ could do with being renewed. The perfect sized van for 2 people. Able to drive around narrow roads in the mountains just fine. We’ve had a wonderful holiday exploring northern Portugal and Galicia.

We got Joao who was responsible for the check-in and he was so helpful. He explained us where we should watch out, and he suggested amazing food for our first night out. A day later we had a problem with our bed ( we couldn’t get it back into a sofa) fortunately we could return to the depot and Joao helped us out again. He was very kind. Would recommend indie campers to me friends and family due to this lovely service. Overall, Joao’s exceptional service went above and beyond our expectations. His genuine care for customers and willingness to assist make Indie Campers stand out. I’ll definitely recommend Indie Campers to my friends and family based on this lovely experience. Thank you, Joao, for making our camper adventure so enjoyable! 🌟🚐 ( we also recommend the van we rented; California Volkswagen)
