Ines was excellent in her customer service advising potential issues I.e height limit etc. I will recommend to friends and all alike ! Ask a lot of questions upfront so expectations are set. Choose a vehicle that matches your driving ability and have fun. Ines was very friendly and gave excellent customer service

It seemed it had the external shower from the information while renting The cutlery was to clean before the use and it would be good to find it ready to be used The mechanisms of the seats, of the little movable roof and of the inside table were really hard to use. The inside table was impossible to be opened after one day. Good! But there is possibility to improve!

A few appliances would have been expected to be provided along with our essential kit; like a ladle and spatula to the frying pan and casserole. Otherwise really happy with out camper, highly recommend Indie camper!

More instruction on where to fill water if not staying at camper sites We had an issue with the detection system for the water tank. Wasn’t a huge deal but it was a hassle and unclear if and when we were out of water. We were a little nervous after reading reviews online but all in all we had a very great experience and would do it again. Our model was perfect for our trip and we will remember this adventure for a long time. Thank you!

The van has lots of cosmetic sratches. Very nice and helpfull people at the depot. Sonia was great!!!!

Great service checking in to the camper. Some of the accessories eg windows, gas, some of the cupboards were broken. But apart from that it was friendly service It was hard to navigate roads with how big our camper was. In hindsight I would get a smaller option

Bessere Fahrzeupflege. Keine kaputte Innenausstattung. komplette Geschirrmitgabe (Tassen und Gläser), richtige Anzahl Besteck.

Die Rückgabe hat sehr lange gedauert, da alle gleichzeitig angegeben haben. Das könnte entzerrt werden. Für 4 Personen war der Camper ideal. Im Hubbett kann auch ein großer Mensch super schlafen. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber nach paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran.

The return took a long time because everyone checked in at the same time. This could be smoothed out. The camper was ideal for 4 people. Even a tall person can sleep well in the fold-down bed. The beds were a bit hard, but you get used to it after a few days.

We had a really great experience with the van, it was perfect for two people and the check-in and check-out were super quick and simple. We would definitely recommend Indie Campers! :)

The van met our expectations. Only the refrigerator or the battery was defective. Without external power, it kept cool for about 14 hours on the lowest setting. The battery did not show full charging power even after a charging time of two days. When we picked it up we had to wait 1.5 hours longer because the van was full of ants. Another van then had to be cleaned and we received this one. It would have been nice if the camper had been filled with water and the battery was fully charged.
