We had an amazing RV trip! And thank you Bridger for being so personable and chatty when we dropped off the RV. Would rent from Indie again.

The RV lived up to our expectations, everything worked perfectly and the 6 of us had a wonderful week! The RV battery got charged while we were driving and also thanks to the solar panels. Once we stopped, it lasted for about 6/7 hours, so we didn't need the generator but to use the microwave. Overall, it was a great experience!

the RV was perfect for 6 adults. even if it was our first RV trip, we quickly took control of the véhicule. the only inconvenient was the fridge that opened at every big turn 😅 otherwise, everything was perfect. no need to book a barbecue if you are going in national parks, all the sites have one. many thanks to the crew

The overall experience was great, but we do hope that some form of resolution is found from the inconveniences.

The overall experience is good, but the car has some minor problems. The drain cover cannot be opened manually, there are some problems with the water inlet pipe, which causes some water leakage, and the water pressure is not very good. It still requires experience to operate this RV better.

Jaxon and the salt lake team were friendly and helpful during pickup and drop off, the van was brand new and worked perfectly. I would recommend using Indie in Salt Lake City.

It was great alround. It is a shame that the Jeep did not have satnav. Also, the essentail cooking kit is very basic and with no glasses. The BBQ was pretty rudimentary and so was the gaz cooker.

Thank you for a great, smooth experience! The Jeep Wrangler was the perfect camping vehicle for our National Park adventure. Highly recommend and will be telling all of our festival and travel loving friends how great it was!

The jeep worked well. The roof sleeping area is about the size of a double mattress, and being able to open all the sides for screened in air floor was really nice. The cooler worked well as long as we ran the car about every 6 hours, if the car was off longer than 6 hours the cooler got warm (unless it was packed with drinks, then the drinks helped it stay cold). Overall a really great experience

Give the people who manage the 24/7 help line access to makes and models of the equipment being provided. For example, I thought ordering the extra tent meant ordering an extra sleeping tent, and the help line did not tell me anything about this when I called and asked if the tent would be waterproof and adequate. Also, I couldn't shut off the light inside the Jeep. The help line said it might be an electrical issue that needs to be looked at. I went back to the pick up spot, and it was a simple switch that I wish the help line knew about so that I didn't have to drive back (because they didn't know anything about the make and models of the car being issued to me). Overall great service and no problems thought!
