Unfortunately, the response from support took a long time. The service on site was good. Everyone was very helpful, even if the English language made communication a little difficult at times. The vehicle was in very good condition.
Leider dauerten die Rückmeldungen vom Support sehr lange. Der Service von Ort war gut. Alle waren sehr bemüht, auch wenn die Englische Sprache die Verständigung teilweise etwas schwer gemacht hat. Das Fahrzeug war in einem sehr guten Zustand.

We had to ask several times for the right bed linen when checking in. Checking out was very quick and good. A very nice person who helped us!
Wir mussten beim check in mehrfach nach der richtigen Bettwäsche nachfragen. Der Check out war sehr schnell und gut. Sehr netter Mensch der und da geholfen hat!

The bed was hard and the gas bottle that had not been booked beforehand was taken out, which was a bit chilly in October. Not a cheap experience, but definitely worth it! We were happy

The 2 guys were very friendly when we checked in. As we are first timers on a Caravan, ofc they told us how things work inside the car. The only thing we missed is we didn't have a blue disk (Parkscheibe) in the car. All in all it was good during the trip. All good

Very good reception. Minor defect on the water heater. The van model with the bed on the roof is nicer than the one with the bunk beds in the back.
Très bon accueil. Défaut mineur sur le chauffage de l’eau. Le modèle de fourgon avec le lit sur le toit est plus agréable que celui avec les couches superposées à l’arrière.

The window cover on the side was broken and the fridge opens sometimes. Other than that, great experience! Great!

The employee at check-in was very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately the car was damaged and the water tank didn't work. The employee at Eich couldn't repair it. So he did his best.
Otherwise everything was fine. The car was fine. Only the water tank didn't work. Otherwise everything was fine.

Leider das Auto hatte Schaden undzwar Wassertank hat nicht funktioniert. Der Mitarbeiter von Eich könnte es nicht reparieren. Also er hat sein bestes gegeben.
