We had a great trip with the Atlas 5, which had all the functionality needed. The pick up and drop off service was spectacular too. :)

Our experience with indie campers was very uncomplicated. unfortunately we had a mouse in the car as travel companion the staff was very supportive and even gave us a ride to the airport.

I'd use them again, I think that's the best reference you can give. Price was not unreasonable, but creeps up with all the add-ons.
