Easy place to pick up from in Sydney. The video is well worth watching. I feel I learned more from that than from being shown around the van. We both felt that the storage area could have been better organised with a system in place. We had to completely pull the electric cable back into the van to untangle it before we could then use it. In some pls es 4metres of cable wasn’t long enough so perhaps an extension cable in the van would be useful. The beds were good. If you are very tall, ensure you select a van that you can comfortably sleep in. The cooking area was good to use and there is lots of storage. The van was lovely to drive and the reversing camera was great. We stayed in campsites which meant we barely used the loo, never used the shower and could have easily cooked in the campsite cooking areas. There is a design fault with the left rear window. Don’t open it as the sliding door will hit it. The windows were easy to use as were the mozzy nets and blinds. The front blinds were great, the cab side window blinds were a bit flimsy. Overall, we lived our road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. We were really comfortable and would definitely use Indie campers again.

Issue with the oil level sensor, was told at drop off that this is a Fiat wide issue. Perhaps an email out to let everybody know this might have been beneficial. Everything else worked well and the van ran totally fine.

Overall very good. One big issue we had was that the fridge did not cool, this made it very difficult to store food or drinks for more than ine day. We would have contacted support about this but the contact details were not explained at pick up. Bed linen we hired had some stains which was not great but not a huge issue. Overall a good experience

I recently rented a campervan from Indie and had an excellent experience. Upon returning the campervan, we met Matty, a cheerful and friendly staff member who came in on a Sunday to assist us. The return process was very easy and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

So overall great experience... We got an upgrade so can't complain at all. Guys in Sydney were great and funny but some information I missed (Adblue refund) also didn't mention broken window back passenger side.. Window fell out when I opened it.. Also couldn't connect to water as adapter missing.. Could only use watertank. Unfortunately also the floor and the oven weren't clean. Otherwise great van and great experience.. Guys in Brisbane were ace too and took on my feedback and checked me out super quick... Apart from some of the above epic experience.. Thanks guys & gals.. The Wisharts
