As stated with the check in comment only issue was about the quality of the interior. We were reassured this wouldn’t be an issue for us. Jorg was super friendly and helpful during our checkout. Helping with finding a taxi and giving restaurant suggestions for lunch.

The vehicle was very clean and in great condition! Would recommend bringing a foam pad for the mattress as it is a little firm. Customer support was unresponsive when we attempted to coordinate roadside assistance.

Jorg was very helpful and patient when we ran into some issues at pick up. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted before we got on the road and never made me feel as though I was being a pain. Very satisfied with Jorg.
