I did wait over an hour for my vehicle to begin with. Everyone was really nice tho. It did seem kinda dirty, but I didn’t care, I just wanted to go. Other than that it was great. It was the perfect size for what I needed.

There were some things in the van that were kind of broken like the fridge door or one of the seats. But everything worked ok and personnel has been very helpful. Thanks

Overall, we really enjoyed the camper and the trip. A few things: we didn’t get a hose when we picked up the van but fortunately made do. We also purchased our own Fastrack pass, and it got charged for tolls but we also got a charge from you (we are going to connect with customer service to see what can be done). We also returned the vehicle with more gas than when we got it. Thank you

Linen set is just for 1 bed, not 2. Would be good to know that in advance
If you just want 2 drivers and no more insurance, you don’t have that option. Would be good to have more flexibility than that It was amazing to visits all the national parks

There was something with a very high pitched whistle when driving over 40 which was extremely annoying. Our table was a coffee table and not a high table to eat at. The sheets didn’t look clean but we washed them ourselves and the stain came out. The check-in process was 1.5 hours which was way too long - or would have been nice to have our expectations managed on that - he “had to get the vehicles ready” but I don’t understand why he didn’t know we were coming. But we ultimately had a great trip, customer service was great, and would recommend Indie Camper. Ours was updated and had good nav system. Our friends also rented with us at the same time and their vehicle was older, but they paid the same. That didn’t seem to make sense.

Have more options for pick up and drop off times. Aside from that, thank you for so many wonderful amenities. I definitely wanna get a jeep just like this in the future, but this will do until then. Such an awesome resource.

There was dirty bedding for the main bed in the cabinet and on the pop top bed.
The propane tank was only 1/3 full. We didn't use the heater or hot water because of this which we would have liked. Also, thought trying to fill it back to 1/3 would be a pain.
The inside shower did not have a curtain so it could not be used. The shower pan appeared leaked onto floor when we tried to clean it. The outside shower didn't have a curtain or rod either.
Other than those issues, we enjoyed the camper.

The roof leaked when it rained, so we had to sleep in the car the last night. The cooler never really got cold/stayed cold, so quite a bit of food spoiled. Other than that it was great.

We had a great time in the Four Winds Camper. Being able to sit inside during the rainy Alaska evenings and having a heater as well as hot water to shower was a life saver. Would recommend it anytime.

It seems like we were missing the gray water tube when we got the van (figured it out the last day at our RV camps).
The moskito net at the sliding door was slightly damaged (did not hold well in place). Not a big issue, but caused minor inconvenience.
All the rest was pretty good and we really enjoyed the trip!
