The Kitchen utensils could have been in a better condition. We had a great trip. The vehicle ist amazing but getting a bit cold in October without a heater.

The "oil change soon" notification was on at pickup and changed to "needing a change" during the trip. Felt this should have been changed before we picked up the vehicle. There were a few things left in the van from previous guests including crisps and she-wee in front glove box which would be nice to be cleared away before getting the van The vehicle was very comfortable and new with modern fixtures and fittings

Overall a great experience. I do recommend however as this was a comment also from a few indie campers on the road that the offices are maybe tidied up and made a little more welcoming as that peoples first impressions.
Staff were all incredibly helpful though and provided great friendly service.
