The fridge smelled bad when we picked up the van and we decided to clean it ourselves. We also read online that the top bed was removable but we found out it wasn’t when we picked up the van. We also would have liked some more kitchen gear. For instance a big knife to be able to cut fruits, vegetables, meat etc.
Besides that, we had a really good experience, the car drove really well and we had no problems during our rental period.

Another way to contact staff if absent - I can't call as my Sim is Data only. But not long wait so was happy ☺️ Very easy and straightforward to use, extra km not too expensive, great experience all around

Everything was fine, the only thing is that the manuals they send and the tutorials are in English and are difficult to understand on some occasions.
Otherwise, it has met all possible expectations. It meets expectations for a comfortable and convenient trip.

Estaba todo muy bien, lo único que los manuelas que envían y los tutoriales están en ingles y son difíciles de comprender para algunas ocasiones.
Por lo demás ha cumplido todas las espectativas posibles Cumple las espectativas para un viaje cómodo y confortable.

Very good van and service from the indie campers depot. On the other hand, the barbecue was forgotten (but refunded quickly), adblue empty from the start we had to fill up and no windscreen washer. Practical vehicle that drives well!
Très bon van et service de la part du dépôt indie campers. Par contre, le barbecue a été oublié (mais remboursement rapide), adblue vide dès le début nous avons du faire le plein et pas de lave-glace. Véhicule pratique qui roule bien !

When I arrived there was an error in the system and the van was not ready, although the team started cleaning it immediately and were very kind. A very complete and very new van, very easy to drive. I am 1'90m tall and I was still very comfortable. 10/10 we would repeat.
Cuando llegué había un error en el sistema y la furgoneta no estaba preparada, aunque el equipo se puso a limpiarla enseguida y fue muy amable Una van muy completa y muy nueva, facilísima de conducir. Mido 1'90m y aunnasí estuve muy cómodo. 10/10 repetiríamos.
